Saddle Item # 381
Enfrenadura Saddle Package Item # 381

This package is a 1 of a kind work of art by Artesania; Victor Lopez. It has all the bells & whistles. The saddle is greatly carved with floral motifs and on the rear corner on each side is a Peruvian Horse & Rider performing the Enfrenadura. The Enfrenadura carving is also carved on the front of each wooden stirrup and also in the circle on the guarnacion. The front and rear of the saddle are stamped metal floral and there is Ivory braid outlining the saddle for accent as well as on the leather stirrups and the guarnacion. The wooden stirrups are the best part of the work of art as I requested Senor Lopez to reduce the horse carving so he could also put the metal on the stirrup. They are gorgeous!  I display them as art in my Home when they are not being used in a parade.
The saddle has only been used 3 or 4 times. It looks like new. There is a bridle bag for keeping the headstall (Jato), bit, reins, halter, bosallilo & 2 pair of Tapa Ojos. There is the guarnacion w/retrancas and cruceta. Also a grey traditional saddle pad. I also made a set of padded denim stirrup bags to carry the wooden stirrups so they won't get banged up and there is a set of leather trail stirrups which are floral carved and have the matching Ivory braid. Seat size  is 15".  Original cost including shipping from Peru was $ 3400. Asking $ 1500. for all. Shipping is not included. Located in central Texas.
